Michelle Parlo
Physician's Assistant

Michelle Parlo has been working with our rheumatologists in Pembroke Pines since 2008. She practices regularly in the clinic, dealing with patients who suffer from disorders including:

• rheumatoid arthritis
• psoriatic arthritis
• systemic lupus erythematosus

Prior to her time with Dr. Kahn and Dr. Riskin, she worked at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida, managing patients who were dealing with ulcerative colitis, Crohn's Disease, and colon cancer. She also trained nurses there and before that, managed medical care in the geriatric department of the Miami Veterans Administration. Her educational and associations includes:

• Physician Assistant Program at Miami Dade College Florida Association of Physician Assistants
• American Cardiac Life Support
• National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
